Sir:
On April 28, 2008 I purchased a
Toshiba 37" LCD television from your store. Upon
delivery, the set immediately began having audio problems.
I contacted your store, and was told to check VCR
and DVD reception. When these failed to produce audio
problems, I was directed to contact my cable supplier.
After 2 weeks of contacts with Verizon, during which
the HD set-top box and HDMI cable were replaced, the
problem persisted. Back in contact with your store,
I was told the set would be swapped with a new Toshiba.
This was done but the problem remained. Another call
to your store brought the offer to swap again, but
to a different brand. I now have a 37" Sharp
that as of this date is working just fine.
The point of this letter is that
throughout this problem your employees were courteous,
accomadating, and proactive. I know that had I purchased
this set at one recommend your store to everyone I
know.
