This is my second Note 4, my first one is the Verizon version. It's been borrowed by many family members. Still works despite being dropped numerous times, having a running drill hit the back of it. Screen never cracked but I did have to replace the back door. When I switched providers to AT&T I bought a used white one in very good condition off of ebay. I'm using it now as my daily driver. Since I'm not a power user it's working really well for me. Replaced the battery with an Acevan one off of Amazon, it lasts me all day long with about 28% left at the end of the day. 5-7 hours of SOT bluetooth connected for about 6 of those hours. I love this phone, still snappy, I use Nova launcher, loads all the apps I need. Removeable battery and sd card. One of my all time favorite phones!

My son now uses this phone to listen to music, but besides the battery running down pretty quickly, this is still my favorite phone. I now own a Galaxy S8, but I miss my Note 4 and would have kept using it except for the desire for something that ran a little faster and was a little smaller. The Note 4 is an exceptional phone.

A lot of issues with hooking to Bluetooth devices. Especially SUV connection which worked just fine with the Note 2. Went online and found a lot of complaints on this issue with no real resolution. Because of this I would avoid this phone.

I have been using is just a little over 2 years now. Very nice and clean and easy to use. Only using is the battery sometimes get hot. I just restart the phone open the back cover and issue resolved.

I got my note 4 a couple months before the note 5 came out and I honestly cannot regret my choice ! Honestly, every feature this phone has, has come in handy at one point or another whenever I have had some trouble. Its been almost two years since I purchased the phone and yet somehow, I still feel as though my phone is still the new big thing. I love the reception that I can always fall back to anywhere I go. Finally I cannot get enough of the S Pen feature because it makes it easy to simply write down a note or it simply to have a little fun with a picture and it doesn't hurt that it also helps me by keeping my nieces or nephews entertained when they start playing with my phone Thank you Samsung.

I love just about everything on this phone except for the camera. It may be that I have a defective phone (I'm in the process of returning it for a replacement). The camera does not focus. This appears to be a common problem with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, according to the product forums. The area of focus is a small circle (about 25 percent of the screen). Everything outside that area is out of focus. I have tried all of the suggestions including: checking for clear film over the lens (it's been removed); slapping the phone to release the focus mechanism, which some consumers say gets stuck; replacing the Touchwhiz launcher with the Google launcher; checking for dirt, removing the phone case; clearing the cache; etc. The last thing I will try before sending it back to the seller is a factory reset. The front camera takes selfies in focus. It's just the back camera, which I use often for shooting or scanning documents, that doesn't focus.

I travel just about every week of the year for work and this phone has been fantastic for keeping up with emails, reviewing documents on the go (big screen helps a lot, though not as good as a laptop or tablet), surfing the net and streaming video. Moreover, it takes beautiful photographs! Whenever in a group setting and all the Apple phones come out and we all take the group photo with all the phones, all my Apple friends like my phone's picture the best and ask me to send it to them. One constructive criticism is all the bloatware that comes with the phone and you cannot uninstall. Samsung, please let the owner's of your phones decide what software apps they need or don't need and let them delete/uninstall the apps they don't want or need! All-in-all, I have been extremely happy with this phone.

I hung on to my Galaxy S4 for 3 years (that phone was great). I wanted to try a larger screen but didn't want to take the financial plunge on the newest Note. Removeable battery and a micro SD slot are also important to me, so the Note 4 was the right choice. The size is not for everyone (it is large in the hand/pocket). I like the larger size, and the screen resolution and color are outstanding. Mine upgraded to Android 6.0.1 (not sure how much longer they will update it - I'm with AT&T). Recognized a 128GB micro SD card (Spec only commit to recognizing a 64GB). VEry impressed with the Note 4.

Awesome phone, held back by "locked bootloader" & no possibility for root. This phone does everything I could want. It has a incredible display, very fast, great connectivity, good camera, spen, & more. This has been the best phone i've owned by far with 2 glaring issues that keep it from reaching it's full potential. 1st is the locked bootloader & 2nd being no ability to gain root access. This is the first phone i've used since starting with android that i havn't been able to unlock & root. It nearly drove me to sell the phone and replace it with a phone that i actually had control over. I had to wait till just last month being the last group to recieve the "marshmellow ota update", I guess late is better than never.

This phone was great in the beginning but doesn't last longer than 1 year. After 1 year, the phone battery gets overheated, phone calls are dropped constantly and phone locks up quite frequently! I would NOT recommend this phone at all!

I've owned my note 4 for over 2 years now and I usually get a new phone from me damaging it or it starts to slow down. But with my note 4 I have no problems even with a slightly crack screen it works like a champ reason why it don't make make a insurance claim is because I don't want the risk of them not replacing it with a note 4. I'm gonna ride this phone till its obsolete or till it dies out on me. This is a master piece a 5 star quality product compared to all my other phones this phone sets the bar high. Thank u samsung

I chose this phone, because it was similar to my LG OPTIMUS G Pro. Only, my Optimus did not have a stylus. The screen is bright, this phone was easy to setup, and I love the features. I also bought this product for my 77 year old mother to use. She's still learning about the features, but loves the large screen. I set the home screen to easy mode for her, on her phone.

My samsung galaxy note 4 charges really fast in less an hour. Also, I use it to take notes in class with s pen and s note app. I can take pictures from far distance and they look like print it on the s note. It's everything I use in my daily basics.

The Note 4 is such a great phone I love it its the best phone I've ever owned I previously has the Galaxy 4 and when I saw all the features packed inside along with the S pen and all the things you can do with the S pen, it's like Wow! I thought about guarding to note 5 but it seemed like the note 5 was a downgrade when comparing the two. But I love thE Galaxy Note 4 and would recommend it to anyone

Hey I have love this phone but I with if u guys could add on this sort of phone to have the theme store because it has a theme store but funny it was a third party app but It needed root and I didn't want to root my phone but I loved this phone back in last year and I got it now but it's boring the notification the touchwis the setting s just everything is because I can't do what now the s6 and newer could I really wish to have it on the note 4 and the galaxy s5 because I know that my phone could operated it perfectly but I don't want to have to root it and I've seen more of the marshmallow ui for these phone but it's still boring because it's the same color from it's older generation if you guys could make me very happy with this phone I wish for u guys to add a theme store because everything else is fine with the phone what just frustrates me is always having blue stock color on everything I wish that I could use the theme store so I could make it look a lot nicer and I hate how this phone is sorta still experience but it just still looks boring and I don't hate like how the phone is I wish for it to have more of a customisable abilities that were put on the s6 I won't care about how much it requires for me to download I'm sure it can do it all perfectly it's that I wish to be official and not modded on to it cause yes I know it's a good phone but it's the only one I got right now and I won't be able to get any other phone but please I asked you just once to add a awesome theme store feature and then you guys will make me just happy to have this galaxy note 4 but everything else about this phone and it's lollipop right now but waiting for marshmallow but when I saw that it's just the design change I see other phones like amp prime or express 3 or even the j and a series getting the theme store but is it difficult to at all put it on the old device before they really get old and never get used anymore?if you do this for me then I will suggest you guys more often to my friends cause I have because of the phones u made but right now it's too expensive for me because I need to get a job but right now I wish u guys can and also it makes me happy if u did because then u basically help this phone to be more customisable and I love amold screens but just blue all the time for the ui it's just too old cause yes the kitkat is older for them but you guys we're able to change it to a little better and now it's been two years and also one more thing could u also make a flashlight notification panel please thanks and you guys do a great job and I hope for u a happy day if u do this for me I will thank u lots and think of staying with u guys more often for able to do this and go Samsung CX ,sincerely austin
