Why Samsung decided to cancel the ability for the user to replace the battery is obvious. My Note 4 still delivers great performance and I have 3 spare batteries on hand for when I'm on a critical job site. Sure... you can purchase an external battery pack. But when necessary, you can replace a battery that degrades over time with a new one and have great battery life until that one needs to be replaced. Love this phone knowing that I'll probably grab a new Note 8 or X unit to have as well. But this one stays in the family for sure.

I have had my phone for 2 and a half years and really liked it. Until last week it just started shutting down and restarting. I replaced the battery did a factory restart. It did not help it is so frustrating that a phone only last 2 and a half years.

Replaceable, battery, Sim card and memory, good screen, love the stylus, this was the last note that had everything replaceable, they break a lot, so make sure you have good warranty and insurance, if you do, it's not a thing, as long as everything is backed up to the cloud. Will keep using this as long as possible, eventually it will be too slow, but not so far, quite fast still. Great camera and I do fine art photography!

Love the product. Stock battery seems to overheat when charging.Bought replacement battery. Other than that no complaints. Love the fact that I can add sd card and change the battery. I was so happy for the past 4 years using my Note4 and now I decided to upgrade to Note 8. We will see, but still, my Note 4 will stay in my family because its is still brand new with the same quality for all functions.

I love the phone, but having problems with it going from 60% to 0% in an instant and then shuts down. When I plug into the charger, it shows 60% charged. Not sure if it is the battery or something else.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and this thing has held up! Usually after a year, most smartphones start to have performance issues. My Note 4 still works just as good as the day I bought it. Not only that, but this phone is durable! I've dropped it so many times (with and without a case) and there's not a single scratch on it! It's in perfect condition! I will never purchase anything other than Galaxy!

just purchased the note 4 as a refurbished product from a reseller through amazon. great feel. wonderful features. large screen. very robust and much more reasonably priced than a new galaxy S7. i purchased an extended 9600mh battery so battery life will not be an issue. the only downside is that it is not splash resistant as some of the new phones are.

Horrible experience. I was so excited for this phone. It finally came in the mail, I charged it and started setting it up. Then left to bring my kid to her dads, I was at 67% when I left, drove 15 minutes, he wasn't home so went to call him. Black screen, won't turn on. I brought it home, took battery out, put it back, charged more, got it on. Yes! Put on hypnosis and went to bed, alarm set. In the morning no alarm, and odin little green android dude was on phone saying failed to boot properly. Ended up getting it to work again for the same thing to happen the next day except I couldn't get it back on to factory reset it before shipping it back. It is now in the mail, I'm waiting on a refund and getting something else.

I have a Note 4. This is truly the best phone I've ever owned. I love the s Penn future, and being able to jot down notes for work and other things and then store them. it's a perfect mix of old (pen and note pad), and new technology. I've had this phone for year-and-a-half it hasn't missed a beat I've dropped it several times it's very tough and the memory is expandable through an SD card making it virtually impossible to fill the memory up. it's also has a removable replaceable battery, so I'll be able to use this phone for years. Samsung hit a homerun with this one. I know they have newer versions but the newer versions don't have expandable memory or replaceable battery.

When I first bought the phone and read the reviews it was a definite choice, however as time went on the phone began to deteriorate. The worst thing is it cuts off at 30% regardless. It's processor is very slow in comparison to the IPhone. It has issues overheating and charging. I contacted Verizon and went through the troubleshooter but the shut down issue is still occurring and they're forcing me to take it into a store that is far away.

I have been a Samsung fan for years and plan to stay loyal to them for sure! Going from S3, Note 3 to Note 4 I have to say each one gets better and better. This one has amazing new features, a bright colorful screen. It's so much faster than my Note 3! The edges on this phone feel so much better than the previous phones. The only complaint I would have would be the battery life isn't that great after having the phone a little bit. Other than that you can't go wrong with this phone. Removable battery, sd memory card slot, S health and the amazing pen you can do so many things with just make this phone amazing all the way around. Can't wait to get the Note 7!!!!!!!

Great phone! My only issues are the battery and little silver strip that goes around the phone. The silver strip stratches way to easy. I had my phone in a case from day or still managed to get scratched. The battery doesn't last long and the charge is always unpredictable. It'll tell me I have 15% then just die. The note 4 is great don't get me wrong but the battery is a killer. I don't understand how a battery can just die on you and just make your phone goes on and off multiple times. I got a new battery however it does not last me 100% for the day I have to at least charge it on the go plus the power saving doesn't work. I've had Samsung for the last few upgrades, and I love them. They're all pretty fast and very easy to use. I really like the notes because the screen is bigger and better especially for someone whose always squinting to see. They are pretty expensive but for the features and quality it's very much worth it. A lot of people in my family has Samsung phones as well as the tablets. I don't think I'd stray from Samsung.

I love my phone. The only feature I wish it had is the delayed delivery of the text messages. That was an awesome feature on the S5. Also, the memo pad feature on the S5 was great. I downloaded a memo pad but it's note the same or as user friendly.
